Mountain Views, Golf Course, Beautiful Place Gorgeous four bedroom, three and a half bath home on 10th hole of the Eagle-Vail Golf Course, also backing up to the White River National Forest. Enjoy the hot tub on the back deck with views of the golf course and beautiful forest. Elevated tee box becomes a perfect sledding hill in the winter! Bedrooms have wonderfully comfortable Egyptian cotton sheets and a flat screen TV. The bunkroom sleeps three and is perfect for children or extra guests. Upstairs and Downstairs guest bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms. The Master Bathroom is brand new and luxurious with a soaker tub for relaxation. Bunkroom and Master both have in-room entrances to the Master bathroom, making a perfect place for families to rest after a long day in the mountains. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for wonderful family meals, including granite countertops, eat-in seating for 3 at the bar-height counter, gas range, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. There is also a gas grill on the back deck for all your grilling needs and a large dining table that seats 6. The garage is perfect for pulling into after a long day of skiing and the wood-burning fireplace stocked with plenty of firewood will warm you right up! Large living room with two couches and chair allow for great TV watching on the large flat screen TV. We also have a local property manager that can help with many arrangements. Book soon as there are only limited weeks available per year. 7 night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years. 4 Night minimum for all other holiday weekends.
